I make these (or a version of them) almost every week. They are the perfect snack and can almost always be found in my handbag for that go to when you are on the run, (especially for before shopping at the supermarket, because going there when your hungry is dynamite for the food budget!) They are super quick and easy to whip up and pack a great nutritional punch!
Chocolate Cranberry Bliss Balls
1/3 cup almonds
1/3 cup cashews
1/3 cup coconut
1/2 cup dates
1/2 cup cranberries
1 Tbs cacao
Blitz until it starts to come together, sometimes u might need to add a tiny splash of water. Roll into balls and set in the fridge.
Simple as that!!
